For a long time I ended up drained and discouraged at the end of the day, scrolling endlessly or slouching on the couch binge-watching something to numb the owerwhelm...
Frustrated from the lack of control and feeling like I did not have time or energy to enjoy life.
Drained and unfulfilled from the growing distance between my reality and the life I envisioned for myself—personally and professionally.
And then one day I decided it had to change, because I started to see all too clearly the depression waiting for me a few years later.
Through a variety of tools going from writing to mouvement, breath, meditation or astrology, I discovered the immense power of introspection and I finally got to know myself, truly. That's when everything changed for me and I finally took control over my life and started creating the life I dreamed of.
Today, I am a fulfillment & serenity coach and I help female entrepreneurs create the peaceful yet powerful life that fulfills them!
